Thursday 05/01/14

Hi!

Today, we really dived into our writing. Students learned that real writers use different names to disguise themselves as the write about personal experiences they have had. This makes writing stories with strong emotions easier to write as we share with the world!

Don't forget tomorrow is our Writers' Celebration!!! Your child should have invited you on Monday as they made invitations in class! See you tomorrow in the cafeteria at 2pm! I am so proud of all their hard work!

Homework:
Spelling: practice test

Reading: practice sight words and practice reading

Reading Packet: due tomorrow!
