Wednesday 10/15/14

Hi! Today we worked on writing our first full paragraph in retelling what happen in the story Where the Wild Things Are! It amazes me how much my students have grown in only 31 days of school!!!!

 Parents, I am still missing some progress reports. Please return these reports signed as soon as possible.

 Homework:
Spelling: rainbow write

 Math: workbook page on word problems. Students can either draw counters to compare differences and make a model or just use the model if they are able to subtract easily. 
(See picture) 

 Phonics: workbook page 57

 Reading: nightly reading and record on reading log, also practice sight words
