Monday 01-26-15

Hi! Today we continued with practicing the skill of identifying the main idea and details of nonfiction text. Today we read about Ruby Bridges! Ask your child how this courageous six year made a difference in the civil rights movement.

Also, I have many test folders not returned. Please make sure if you haven't done so yet to please review, sign, and return your child's tests an folders.


Spelling Words:
Blue: long o patterns

Homework: 
Spelling: 5 times each

Math: workbook page 89-90

Reading: practice sight words, poem, and record nightly reading on log

Phonics: workbook page 163
