Thursday 1-15-14

Hi! Today we read A Picture Book of Martin Luther King Jr.  and we are continuing to work on the skill of gathering information from nonfiction text with main ideas and details.

 Tomorrow is test day! Please make sure your child knows their spelling and and sight words to be tested on! 

 Homework:
Spelling: practice test 

 Phonics: page 147-150 (2 pages)

 Reading: practice sight words and practice reading

 Math: Pgs 81-82 How do you break apart a # to subtract?
